What is wrong with people?
When it's pouring rain, and you're in your nice warm, dry SUV and I am walking through the freezing cold, wet parking lot, why on Earth would it be okay to speed up and block my path on my long walk, rather than just pause for a moment and let me keep walking?

Eco-terrorism may be justified in response to those SUV loving miscreants, esp. on cold rainy days.
If they sometimes had to walk, maybe they'd be able to relate more easily...
Jump in front of them. They clearly have enough money for a nice settlement.
So true. Sadly, I'm quite fond of walking without a limp and I'd hate to jeopardize that.
